RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Kurvy Kouture Co! We take your happiness pretty seriously around here and we want you to be happy with your order! With that in mind, if you are unsatisfied, let us help you find something you love instead. We are happy to offer store credit or an exchange! Please review our full Return Policy below.

In-store Purchases

All regular priced items will be returnable up to 7 days from the date of purchase. Methods of Return will include In-Store Credit or Exchange. All Sale and Clearance Items are Final Sale. No exceptions will be made. 

All returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered. Items should be free of marks, make-up, perfumes, deodorant, and animal hair. All tags and extra accessories (i.e. buttons, ties, etc.) must remain attached.

Online Purchases

At this time, online returns will receive in store credit and will be issued once the item has been received and inspected. Returns must be shipped back within 21 days of the order date of your online order. All items must be in original condition with tags still attached. 

**All shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Damaged Items

If your item is damaged please email kurvykoutureco@gmail.com within 3 days of original purchase. Please include your name, a description of the flaw, and photo(s) attached to the email. If we can not replace the item for you a refund or credit will be issued. If a damaged item is returned past the 3 day window, it will no longer be eligible for a refund and a credit will be issued.Tags must still be attached.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods ( food, flowers, or plants), custom products ( special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods ( beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

All sale items and gift cards are final sale.
